Find the area you imagine calling “home!” We offer several new construction home developments throughout the Brighton, Michigan area. We alternatively offer off-site custom builds.

Walk our available parcels and decide which lot best suits your needs. Connect with our experienced team and submit a refundable site reservation.

Review our library of floor plans and select a plan with your goals in mind. A major benefit of building new is the ability to customize your home exactly the way you dream. If you do not wish to customize one of ours, we will partner with an architect to draw a home that is uniquely yours.

We would love to connect you to our most trusted local lenders. They will help provide you with a pre-approval letter and will educate you about new construction loans. You will need to obtain financing and provide your approval letter to your sales agent. We will work with your lender for a smooth closing.

After your plan is finalized and we have an overview of what is included in your soon-to-be home, we will sign a Building Agreement to officially start physical progress! We will begin permitting with the local municipalities.

Meet the team behind your building experience, including your field superintendent. Together, we will review your home plans and answer any questions regarding the construction of your home.

This is the point when you will harness all your inspiration boards and personal style! We will invite you to our main office where your sales consultant will help guide you through selecting materials and colors. We will complete exterior selections within 2-3 weeks of your signing, then finish with interiors soon after. Consider your lifestyle when making your decisions. Do you prefer a low-maintenance countertop material? What flooring is best for your family members (including your four-legged children)?

This is our opportunity to present your new construction home to you! We will walk through each room of the house, and our field superintendent and sales representative will provide helpful tips and reminders on how to maintain your new home. Quality is truly the hallmark of our company. We will make note of any details that need addressing on a home orientation list.

The finish line is near! Once we receive your Certificate of Occupancy and the balance from your lender, you will meet with our closing department to review several documents. After we are finished with the details, we can complete one of the most rewarding parts of our job … Deliver your keys!
