Mitch Harris homes are founded on the tradition of quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our homes are guaranteed to be built with the utmost care and beautifully finished with superior touches that will stand the test of time.

Our warranty promise provides peace of mind to our homeowners and warrants materials and workmanship for one year from the time of closing. Our plumbing, ventilation, electrical, and structural systems are covered under the Supplemental Limited Warranty for two years.  Details on our program can be found in our Mitch Harris Homeowner’s Manual.

After your home experiences all four seasons (about eleven months from your closing date), we will invite you to submit a list of items in accordance to our Homeowner’s Manual and Warranty promise. Our warranty coordinator, Kris, will mail you a reminder at this time.
